Biography

George graduated from San Francisco State University with a degree in Business Marketing. After owning and operating his own, successful family business for over 10 years he decided to enter the mortgage field in 1996. Since that time he has funded and closed over 1,200 loans totaling in excess of $350,000,000. Ninety percent (90%) of his business comes from referrals or repeat clients. George specializes in all areas of mortgage financing including FHA, VA, Conventional and Jumbo financing. He is especially knowledgeable in the area of first-time homebuyer programs including FHA, CalFHA/CHDAP and the Alameda County Mortgage Credit Certificate program.
A resident of Newark, California for 19 years he serves his community by being a city volunteer in the Graffiti Abatement program and is a proud supporter of the Newark Memorial Drama and Choir Programs. George has been happily married to his wife Mary for 34 years. They are the proud parents of their daughter Amy; their "Peach".
