Meet our Executive Team

	Robert Boladian Chief Executive Officer
Robert Boladian started Spectra Funding in 2005. Robert has over sixteen years of entrepreneurial experience with senior-level involvement in management and operations. With strong leadership skills, Robert has the demonstrated ability to select and develop a management team.
	Jim Cassidy President
Jim Cassidy joined Spectra Funding in 2008 as its President and Chief Financial Officer after providing consulting services by assisting with strategic and tactical planning. Jim is a self-starting senior executive with over 25 years mortgage industry and Big 8 public accounting experience including 13 years with SunTrust Mortgage as a SVP and a Production Division Head.
	Jay DeCarlo National Production Manager
Jay DeCarlo joined Spectra Funding in 2008 with responsibilities over sales expansion and market penetration. Jay has over 28 years of experience in the Mortgage Business in both retail and wholesale. Jay has proven to be a results orientated Regional Manager with a track record in directing a $1.3 billion dollar sales operation with profit and loss responsibility. Jay company experience includes ten years with SunTrust Mortgage.
	Sandy Klem Operations Manager
Sandy Klem joined Spectra Funding in January, 2009 to assist the company in its expanding operations. Sandy has over 28 years of extensive mortgage banking experience in operations for both retail and wholesale mortgage banking. Sandy brings to Spectra a broad range of work experience with large companies such as Crestar, GMAC and Aurora as well as some smaller regional companies. She is well suited to help Spectra meet the operational and compliance challenges in today’s mortgage market.
